Kuyenda Bush Camp
Kuyenda is nestled amongst shady trees on the banks of the Manzi River in South Luangwa National Park. This camp is the ideal base from which to experience the continual unfolding of Africa's dramatic wilderness at close range.

With only 4 en-suite chalets, Kuyenda offers exclusive personalized service and tranquillity. Quaintly luxurious, the camp offers comfort and authenticity that will live with you always.

Each authentic thatched rondavel chalet contains a large spacious bed, mosquito netting and en-suite facilities including shower, toilet and wash basin.

The central dining area, lounge and bar overlook a grassy plain with abundant wildlife where the drama of wild Africa is your stage.
Run by renowned safari guide Phil Berry, Kuyenda carries the essence of the old Africa now lost. Phil has called South Luangwa home for more than 30 years and a walk with him is a truly unique experience.

To walk amongst Africa's big and small game in an untamed area, with the security of an expert naturalist and armed guard dramatically heightens the senses and creates exciting experiences not possible in a vehicle. Day and night game drives are also available.
Kuyenda is one of six intimate bushcamps operated by the Bushcamp Company in South Luangwa, each with its own unique style. The other bushcamps are Bilimungwe, Chamilandu, Chindeni, Kapamba and Zungulila. All of the camps are within walking distance of each other, so it is possible to walk through the park by day and camp at a new location at night.
