Kapinga Bush Camp
Kapinga Bush Camp is situated in the north-west corner of the Busanga Plains in the extreme north of the Kafue National Park. Kafue is one of the largest national parks in Africa, while the Busanga Plains is one of Zambia's most significant wetland resources and one of the few areas in the world that remain unspoilt by human development.

This intimate camp is designed to blend in with the environment and natural products have been used as much as possible in its construction. Each of the three luxury safari tents is en-suite with both indoor and outdoor shower. Interiors are spacious and have all the modern conveniences that one would wish for. Accommodating a maximum of only six guests, one can be assured of exceptional personal attention at Kapinga.

The dining and bar areas are positioned under a canopy of majestic trees. Dinners may also be served in a traditional style boma under the stars, overlooking the Busanga floodplains.

Guests can take part in game drives and walking safaris in and around the plains, while night drives offer the added excitement of the nocturnal wonders of the area. All these are led by qualified guides who are extremely knowledgeable about the area and its wildlife. This camp is perfectly situated to see large numbers of plains game and their predators, including leopards, wild dogs, cheetah and prides of lion up to 20 strong.

The Park is a birder's paradise, boasting 491 species, including endemics such as Chaplin's barbet.
