The example itineraries below represent just a small selection of the myriad of itineraries and camp combinations that we can arrange for your tailor-made safari. We have focussed on camps that combine particularly well together to form safaris across country borders. You may also wish to add a few days in Cape Town at the end of your safari, or even some time relaxing on a beach in Mozambique.

Engraver Beetle Trails

This Botswana/Zimbabwe adventure combines a few nights of luxury camping with accommodation in small, personal lodges. Your first destination is the community-run Khwai private concession bordering Moremi Game Reserve. You then move on to a private concession adjoining Chobe National Park - an area teeming with game moving back and forth from the Linyanti River. Across the border you explore Hwange National Park, home to the big five. The grand finale is the World Heritage Site of Victoria Falls.

Rhino Beetle Retreat

This superb safari uses the most exclusive lodges to showcase the best of Zambia and Botswana. The trip combines the wild and untouched Lower Zambezi National Park and the mighty Victoria Falls in Zambia, before heading to Botswana and the private Selinda concession. Your final destination is Chief’s Island in the heart of the Moremi Game Reserve, which offers some of the best big-game viewing in Botswana and is home to the rare rhinoceros.

Rove Beetle Outing

This Zimbabwe – Botswana combination takes you first to the scenic Mana Pools National Park with its varied activities, before flying to a private concession in Hwange National Park. You then head to Botswana where you spend time in the game rich Linyanti concession. You complete your trip in the northern reaches of the Okavango Delta.
