This Zimbabwe – Botswana combination takes you first to the picturesque and wild Mana Pools National Park, before proceeding to the rich bio-diverse wilderness of Hwange National Park. Continuing your explorations you travel to Botswana where you spend time in the game rich Linyanti Concession before completing your adventure in the private Kwedi Reserve in the northern reaches of the Okavango Delta.
Days 1-3: You will be met at Victoria Falls Airport for a light aircraft transfer to Mana Pools National Park, where you spend three nights at Ruckomechi Camp.
Situated on the western boundary of the Park, Ruckomechi is a naturalist's paradise. The mystical Zambezi River forms the northern border of the area with a wide variety of habitats evident - open floodplains, mopane woodland and riverine forest with the mountains of the Rift Valley escarpment forming the backdrop in neighbouring Zambia.
Activities include wildlife viewing in open 4x4 vehicles, on motorised pontoon boats, on foot, in hides and in canoes.
The area is renowned for large numbers of elephant, buffalo, hippo and eland, especially in the winter when they concentrate along the river. Predators such as lion, leopard, wild dogs and cheetah are all found in the area.
Days 4-6: After your morning activity you fly by light aircraft to Little Makalolo Camp in Hwange National Park.
The camp is situated in a private concession within the Park, offering privacy and a sense of seclusion. The Makalolo area is ecologically diverse, ensuring great numbers of animals year-round and an unforgettable experience.
Activities centre on open 4x4 Land Rover game drives and guided nature walks throughout the Makalolo concession. The area's large number of waterholes attracts game in both quantity and variety; especially in the winter months when Hwange is literally home to a Noah's Ark parade of animals as they come down to quench their thirst.
Days 7-9: A light air charter (via Victoria Falls to clear customs) brings you Savuti Camp in northern Botswana for three nights.
Savuti Camp is situated in an isolated part of the Linyanti Concession along the Savute Channel.
In 2008, the Savute Channel started flowing again for the first time in over a quarter of a century and became a deep, clear waterway harbouring hippo and aquatic life with myriad varieties of waterbirds. Wildlife, from plains game to a plethora of predators, has had to adapt to a new source of water and all the opportunities and menaces it has brought with it.
Explore the Channel and its environs through day and night game drives, nature walks with a guide (on request), and several well-positioned hides for safe, up-close animal viewing.
Days 10-11: After your morning activity a short air transfer brings you to Little Vumbura Camp in the private Kwedi Reserve. Kwedi
borders the Moremi Game Reserve in the northern reaches of the Okavango Delta. The camp provides an excellent all-round game experience in this remote corner of the Delta.

Surrounded as it is by water and lying close to large rivers, water-based activities are a focus with mekoro (traditional dug out canoes) traversing the floodplains under the guidance of experienced polers, and motor boats exploring the permanent channels.
Game drives in open Land Rovers allow guests to get close to animals in the savannah areas. Walks (on request) around the islands are an opportunity to enjoy Africa from a different perspective. Game viewing is consistently good all year round.
Day 12: Enjoy a final morning activity at Little Vumbura before your departure by light aircraft to Maun Airport to connect with your onward travel arrangements.
